SLUSH is a non-custodial, all-or-nothing crowdfunding primitive on Base (USDC). The trust model is the whole point: every pool is its own escrow contract. The operator has zero power over it - no one can freeze, redirect, or seize a pool's funds, including whoever deployed it. Goal met: the creator claims the payout minus a flat 2.5%. Goal missed: every backer withdraws their full stake, any time before it fills. If the site vanished tomorrow, every open pool would still pay out or refund on Base directly — the frontend is a non-authoritative convenience layer, not the authority. No token, no presale, no governance coin. The only fee is a flat $1 in USDC to post anything, purely as anti-spam - that's the entire business model. Each pool's terms are hashed into the contract at creation, so a seller can't quietly change the deal after it's funded.
